About TRC About TRC

The Chevron Tractor Restoration Competition (TRC), a remarkable event that has been celebrating creativity, technical aptitude, and business knowledge of high school students for over 25 years. This unique competition invites students from all corners of the country to showcase their skills and passion for agriculture through tractor restoration projects.

Participating in the Chevron TRC is an extraordinary opportunity for students to learn invaluable technical and mechanical skills. But that's not all – the competition also fosters teamwork, project management, budget management, planning, and marketing abilities, which are essential for becoming future leaders in the agriculture community. The hands-on exposure to real-world skills provided by the Chevron TRC allows students to grow both professionally and personally.

The Chevron TRC may require a lot of hard work, but it is also incredibly fun and offers the chance for nationwide recognition and enticing prizes. Whether involved with FFA, 4-H, Skills USA, or simply have an interest in agriculture and restoration, the Chevron TRC is a rewarding experience that engages students, their families, educational advisors, mentors, and often entire communities.
