Caltex Fluid Management™ is designed to:
provide lubricant and application advice
reduce lubricant consumption through the use of premium lubricants
monitor the condition of the lubricant and equipment in use
maximize equipment availability
reduce operating and maintenance costs
manage equipment maintenance and lubrication scheduling
monitor and maintain lubricant and fluid condition for continued or extended use
control and minimize lubricant stockholding
assist with used oil handling and disposal
provide Environmental, Health and Safety support
provide training for staff in the basics of lubrication use and in lubricant application
provide assistance with the management and maintenance of plant and equipment.
