- Contact us to set up an account.
- We’ll send you pre-labeled sampling kits and mailing kits.
- Collect lubricant samples in the proprietary LubeWatch oil containers.
- Complete the sample information form that comes with the kit.
- Insert the sample container and form in the mailing container, and affix postage.
- Ship to the Chevron laboratory nearest you.
Easy-to-read reports are sent immediately upon completion to your personal e-mail address, the fax in your office, or any combination of addresses you wish. You can also review results on your own password-protected web page.
